We have implemented a clear, effective strategy for all our employees and clients.
– All DRIVE staff are now working remotely. Each employee has a workstation with full access to any technology, data or platform needed to help our clients with the customer service you need and expect from us. This access has been tested by each employee at their remote workstation.
- Our remote work strategy includes all DRIVE departments, coaching, workshops, websites, marketing services and software support.
– Workshops will be delivered remotely. Again, we have fully tested and planned for this occurrence.
Bottom line – The expert guidance and help you received from DRIVE a week ago or a month ago will continue forward today and into the future with zero interruption.
In the coming days, DRIVE will be sharing proven tactics from some of your fellow shop owners about how they are adjusting their business at this time. We know hearing from other business owners is invaluable – especially during this disruption.
