It is critical that each step is done correctly, starting with customer contact through to final delivery of the vehicle. The implementation of these principles will greatly increase efficiency and profit.

This is a two-part workshop. The first part covers the fundamentals of management and leadership. The second part covers how to effectively manage a collision shop’s workflow – key-to-key.
