You’ve taken your shop up to a whole new stable high range. Well done!

But if you don’t document and turnover your hat properly you will never

get out of the shop – it will keep pulling you back in. 

The Freedom Apprenticeship is an intense 12-week program that will get you to fully document every part of your hat that has made the business so successful. In the end you will have produced a full manager’s hat write-up.

You Will Learn:

  • Fully document all parts of your job with the correct policies and descriptions.
  • Specifically outline all the duties that a manager should be responsible for.

  • Become skilled at writing policies and procedures for each area of the manager’s job.
  • Separate the owner’s job from the manager’s job and know the difference between them.

LENGTH OF PROGRAM: 12 WEEKS

Prerequisite:

Executive Planning Apprenticeship

Shop Policy Apprenticeship

Business is a Stage III shop or above.
