  • Communicate your shop’s PR priorities clearly and correctly.

  • Understand what PR is and how to use it to promote your shop.

  • How to properly promote and plan events for your shop including timeframes, budgets and outreach.

  • How to identify the pitfalls of PR and how to avoid them.

  • The proper and effective use of influencers in your PR outreach.

  • How to ensure your shop has a good reputation locally and has a welcoming environment when a customer calls or walks in.

  • How to handle negative PR.

  • Properly implement goodwill and word-of-mouth.

  • How to effectively work with and cultivate a relationship with the press.

  • How to create and use a press book for your business.
