Is the front of your collision shop losing money because of lack of sales skills?  

This workshop trains the people in the front of a collision shop with the essentials of communication and sales with the objective of increasing vehicle count.   

You Will Learn:

  • The key to success in selling.

  • The importance of communication.

  • Best practice on how to get a customer on the phone to bring the vehicle into the shop.

  • Understand why a customer asks for a price on the phone.

  • How to handle common objections to setting up an appointment.

  • How to handle objections at the close.

  • Dealing with customers at the shop.

  • Handling objections.

  • Dealing with adjusters.

  • How to become a DRP.

  • Promoting the shop.

LENGTH OF WORKSHOP: 2 DAYS

Prerequisite:

None but the Getting Your Point Across workshop is recommended.
