Always at the forefront of high-tech management solutions, DRIVE is now a Sustaining Partner with I-CAR, the collision repair industry’s trusted not-for-profit organization.
Monrovia, CA (May 2, 2019) – DRIVE announced today their Sustaining PartnerTM agreement with I-CAR®. DRIVE has joined 22 other leading organizations in supporting this important industry program that supports the goals of education and training within the auto and truck collision repair industry.
With this Sustaining Partner designation, DRIVE will have enhanced access to information, content and marketing opportunities for both their present and future clients. “The purpose of DRIVE,” says CEO Bill Kilpatrick, “has always been to enhance the quality of life and improve the standard of living for collision repair professionals. Our partnership with I-CAR furthers this mission.”
“I-CAR created the Sustaining Partner program to help address the industry’s technician shortage and to assist all Inter-Industry stakeholders with training” says Nick Notte, I-CAR Senior Vice President, Sales. “The program makes technical training more accessible, even free, to many of our future technicians attending career and technical schools. It also makes it easier for organizations to do business with I-CAR through the addition of new curriculum and new technological systems, while making training more accessible by adding even more instructors and assessors.”
DRIVE recently held its semi-annual Expo in Savannah, GA. Attending the Expo were industry executives who held seminars and workshops for DRIVE clients. Registration is now open for the next DRIVE Expo being held at the Sheraton Fairplex in Pomona, CA from September 27th through September 29th, 2019.
