TOP 20 DRIVE Clients Gather for Weekend Meeting at K-Tech Automotive

DRIVE TOP 20 Meet @ K-Tech Automotive in Sebastopol California.

The DRIVE TOP 20 group recently convened at K-TECH AUTOMOTIVE, owned by fellow TOP 20 member, Kate Jonasse.

The weekend-long meeting focused best-practices and policies for mentoring your team – along with networking social opportunities.

While most of the group are long-time TOP 20 members, there were new members attending who found it amazing and were blown-away by the encouragement and learning from fellow shop owners.

Planned events over the TOP 20 Weekend included a tour of the Laguna Treatment Plant in Santa Rosa, zip-line tours, a nature talk with team building activities, local shop tours, DRIVE presentations just for this top-tier group – and of course lunches and dinners at the local Sonoma County selection of great restaurants.
